Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Consultant / Manager Technology Innovation to join their team. This role involves leading complex digital transformation and innovation projects, with a focus on cutting-edge technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience in areas such as 5G, IoT, AI / Data Science, and software transformation, particularly within the automotive industry. The candidate will develop solutions in areas like 5G, IoT, GenAI and other innovative technologies. The role requires someone who enjoys working in interdisciplinary, international teams and has strong communication skills.
Role involves:
- Conducting complex projects in digital transformation and innovation.
- Implementing various technologies and frameworks in 5G, IoT, AI / Data Science.
- Developing offerings in 5G, IoT, GenAI, and other innovative technologies.
- Working in interdisciplinary, international teams.
- Leading developer teams to advance innovative solutions.
Requirements:
- Several years of practical project experience in digital transformation.
- Experience as a (part-) project manager for complex transformation projects.
- An outstanding degree in economics, technology, or information technology.
- Enjoyment of combining technological understanding, strategic analysis, and implementation work..
- High reliability, team spirit, and fit for a leading management consulting firm.
- Excellent presentation and moderation skills as well as very good MS Office skills.
- Excellent knowledge of German and English.
