Job Description
Capgemini Invent is seeking a (Senior) Manager Solution Architect to join their team. The ideal candidate will work with interdisciplinary teams to solve complex client challenges, manage projects for executive-level clients, lead teams, and guide the strategic planning and operational implementation of modern IT solutions.
Role involves:
- Managing digital transformation projects with a focus on advanced technologies.
- Developing strategies and offerings related to Blockchain, Digital Identity & SSI, IoT, 5G, and AI/Data Science including Generative AI.
- Continuously developing products and services in a market-oriented manner and opening up new customer segments.
Requirements:
- A completed university degree and at least 3 years of development experience, preferably in the technology areas mentioned.
- Advanced knowledge in programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, or Java.
- Experience with modern development methods and tools, e.g. Agile, DevOps, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, as well as in the architecture of software solutions and system design.
- A combination of technical know-how, strategic analysis & practical implementation competence.
- Very good German and English skills and show flexibility and willingness to travel.
