Capgemini Invent is seeking a (Senior) Manager Solution Architect to join their team. The ideal candidate will work with interdisciplinary teams to solve complex client challenges, manage projects for executive-level clients, lead teams, and oversee the strategic planning and operational implementation of modern IT solutions.
The role involves leading digital transformation projects in areas such as Blockchain, Digital Identity & SSI, IoT, 5G, and AI/Data Science, including Generative AI. The Senior Manager will develop strategies and offerings related to these technologies, contributing to the continuous market-oriented development of products and services, and the exploration of new customer segments.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Successfully completed university degree
- Minimum of 3 years of development experience in relevant technology areas
- Advanced knowledge in programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, or Java
- Experience with modern development methods and tools (Agile, DevOps, Git, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Expertise in software solutions architecture and system design
- Strong technical know-how, strategic analysis, and practical implementation skills
- Reliability, team spirit, and fit for a leading management consultancy
- Excellent German and English skills, flexibility, and willingness to travel
