(Senior) Manager Technology Innovation – IoT (m/w/d)

Job Description

Capgemini Invent is seeking a (Senior) Manager Technology Innovation – IoT to join their team. This role involves working with interdisciplinary teams to solve complex client challenges. The candidate will be responsible for project management for executive-level clients, leading teams, and strategically planning and operationally implementing IoT projects, technologies, and frameworks across various industries.Role involves:

• Project management for Executive-Level-Kunden
• Leading own teams
• Strategic planning and operative implementation of IoT projects, technologies and frameworks in various industries
• Leading digital transformation projects focusing on Tech Innovation and IoT
• Developing strategies and offerings in IoT
• Leading developer teams to drive innovative solutions

Requirements:

• Successfully completed university degree
• Several years of relevant professional experience with budget responsibility in a consulting environment or international company with a focus on IoT
• Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams, strong communication skills, and a confident demeanor across all hierarchical levels
• Extensive experience in developing and implementing IoT solutions, including knowledge of IoT architecture, protocols, connectivity standards, and technical implementation in cloud environments
• Experience in supporting customers in identifying technical IoT requirements and designing data-driven solutions in the context of IoT ecosystems
• Very good German and English skills, and flexibility and willingness to travel
