Senior Manager of Pricing & Packaging

Job Description

MaintainX is seeking a Senior Manager of Pricing & Packaging to develop and own the pricing strategy for their Asset and Work Intelligence platform. This role involves designing and implementing scalable pricing structures, building pricing foundations, and driving cross-functional alignment across various teams. The Senior Manager will also experiment and optimize pricing models, support sales and customer success, and analyze market trends. MaintainX is a modern IoT-enabled cloud-based tool for reliability, safety, and operations on physical equipment and facilities. MaintainX powers operational excellence for 10,000+ businesses including Duracell, Univar Solutions Inc., Titan America, McDonald's, Brenntag, Cintas, Xylem, and Shell.What this role involves:

• Developing and owning pricing strategy
• Building pricing foundations
• Driving cross-functional alignment
• Experimenting and optimizing pricing
• Supporting sales and customer success
• Analyzing market and competitive trends
• Defining pricing operations and infrastructure

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in pricing strategy, business operations, or growth strategy at a SaaS or enterprise software company
• Strong analytical skills with experience in pricing research and financial modeling
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams
• Familiarity with different SaaS pricing models
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
