Implementation Manager, German Speaking

Job Description

Payhawk, a leading global spend management solution, is seeking an Implementation Manager to join their Customer Success Organization in Barcelona. The Implementation Manager will play a critical role in driving customer adoption and ensuring clients extract maximum value from Payhawk's platform. This involves onboarding new customers, configuring their accounts, and providing tailored training sessions.

The Implementation Manager will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers align Payhawk's capabilities with their internal processes. They will also identify opportunities for optimizing customer setups and use cases, ensuring customers continuously derive increasing value from Payhawk.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading the onboarding process for new customers.
• Developing and executing customized project plans.
• Maximizing adoption during the initial implementation phase.
• Assisting customers in scaling their Payhawk usage.
• Gathering customer feedback for product improvements.
• Partnering with Account Executives to identify upsell opportunities.

Requirements:

• 2+ years as Customer Success Specialist/Project Manager in a high growth SaaS environment or recent graduate with a relevant degree
• Tech savvy with an ability to fully understand our software
• Native/Near native level of German
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organisation skills and detail oriented
• Fast learner and capable to keep up with a fast growing environment
• Ability to prioritise and multitask with clients and colleagues
• Experience in the fintech industry is preferred
