Zscaler is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team in Tokyo. Zscaler is a cloud security company that helps businesses accelerate digital transformation. The Customer Success Organization is dedicated to delivering high-impact experiences and identifying innovative solutions for customers.
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for:
- Building and nurturing relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Offering technical guidance and product insights.
- Providing technical expertise to manage escalations.
- Working proactively with internal and external teams to identify adoption insights.
- Participating in the creation of intellectual capital.
Zscaler is looking for candidates with:
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- 5+ years of experience in Cloud Services Architectures, Web-based Security, Networking, or Infrastructure Solutions.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong technical acumen.
- Ability to analyze customer data.
