Zscaler is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team in Tokyo. Zscaler is a cloud security company that helps businesses accelerate digital transformation. The Customer Success Organization is dedicated to delivering high-impact experiences and identifying innovative solutions for customers.

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for:
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Offering technical guidance and product insights.
  • Providing technical expertise to manage escalations.
  • Working proactively with internal and external teams to identify adoption insights.
  • Participating in the creation of intellectual capital.

Zscaler is looking for candidates with:
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • 5+ years of experience in Cloud Services Architectures, Web-based Security, Networking, or Infrastructure Solutions.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong technical acumen.
  • Ability to analyze customer data.
