Capgemini Invent is seeking a (Senior) Director Finance Transformation to join their team. The role involves shaping the future of companies by enabling CxOs through digital innovation, design, and transformation. Capgemini Invent employs over 12,500 individuals across more than 30 creative studios and 60 locations globally, integrating strategy consulting, data science, product and experience design, brand management, and technology know-how.

The role involves:

• Consulting on the development of operating models from a CFO perspective regarding digitization and ecological transformation.
• Applying new technologies such as S/4HANA (Gen)AI in the context of clients.
• Identifying client requirements and developing adequate solutions from finance strategies to functional and analytical solutions.
• Consulting on the optimization of financial processes including E2E governance.
• Leading cross-functional project teams.
• Expanding our teams.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in Finance, Controlling, and Treasury.
• Proven experience in leading finance transformation projects.
• Sound knowledge of financial applications such as S/4HANA Finance, consolidation and treasury management systems.
• Excellent degree in economics, technology, or IT.
• Enthusiasm for combining technological expertise, strategic analysis, and implementation.
• High reliability, team spirit.
• presentation and moderation skills as well as excellent MS Office skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
