Zscaler is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Director to join their DACH sales team. This role offers a hybrid working model and reports to the Regional Vice President. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team, understanding customer pain points, accurately forecasting business, and collaborating with various departments.Responsibilities:
Recruit, hire, and develop world-class sales talent.
Understand and solve customer pain points through Zscaler's value proposition.
Accurately forecast business monthly/quarterly/yearly.
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management, and Demand Generation.
Act as executive sponsor for key partners.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience leading successful sales teams.
Proven track record in hitting stretch goals.
Experience working with partners and selling directly.
Experience hiring 'A' players.
Experience selling to SMB and Commercial accounts (up to 5,000 users) in DACH.
