Partner Solutions Architect - Northern Europe

Job Description

Zscaler is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect to join its Partner Engineering team in Northern Europe. This role involves providing technical leadership and guidance to Zscaler's partner community, including system integrators, service providers, value-added resellers, and distributors. The Partner Solutions Architect will assist partners in building a robust practice with Zscaler through education, co-selling activities, partner labs, and service offering creation. They will also represent the voice of the partner to provide product feedback and enhancements to product teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing technical leadership and guidance to partners.
• Assisting partners in building a robust practice with Zscaler.
• Educating partners through training and workshops.
• Representing the voice of the partner to provide product feedback.
• Working closely with Zscaler field teams and partner alignment.

Requirements:

• At least 10+ years of technical pre-sales, solutions architecture/design/implementation experience.
• Experience driving the technical relationship between Zscaler and partners.
• Broad and deep understanding of security, networking, cloud, and Internet fundamentals.
• Strong understanding of navigating large partner organizational structures.
• Experience building technical champions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to travel 25%.
