Similarweb is seeking a Senior Manager, Post-Merger Integration (PMI) & Corporate Development, who will be responsible for leading the successful integration of acquisitions and strategic partnerships. This role reports to the Senior Director of Operational Excellence & PMO within the Corporate Development team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic problem-solver with a passion for continuous learning and growth.What this role involves:

• Leading complex Post-Merger Integration (PMI) initiatives.
• Driving integration strategy and execution across multiple business functions.
• Identifying and removing blockers to ensure successful integration.
• Designing and planning “Day After” readiness.
• Managing and executing cross-company strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in corporate development, management consulting, or leading strategic cross-functional projects.
• BA/MA and/or MBA from a top-tier global program (a plus).
• Strong project leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
