Capgemini Invent is seeking a Data Management Enthusiast to join their team. The consultant will be involved in shaping the future of businesses by working with CxOs on digital innovation, design, and transformation projects. The role involves consulting clients on digital transformation, observing trends, planning and leading client workshops, and collaborating within a team of experts.

The consultant will be involved in:

• Conceiving and leading strategy and transformation projects.
• Working closely with clients to help them with challenges.
• Planning and leading customer workshops.
• Taking responsibility quickly within flat hierarchies.
• Being part of a team of experts to drive your further development.

Requirements:

• A degree in economics, technology, or information technology.
• Initial practical project experience in digital transformation.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex contexts.
• Enjoyment of working in international teams.
• Presentation and moderation skills with MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent German and English language skills.
