Alarm.com is seeking a Billing and Collections Specialist to join their team. This role involves collection and reconciliation of international accounts, answering billing inquiries, and resolving customer billing issues. The specialist will also manage invoices, provide reports, and maintain customer lists.
  • Collection and reconciliation of international accounts
  • Answering billing inquiries
  • Responding to customer inquiries via email
  • Distributing and managing credit memos
  • Collaborating with the International Sales Ops team

Requirements for this position include:
  • Spanish speaking
  • Proficiency in computer software (databases, Microsoft Office, Shoretel, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail
  • Communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Familiarity with billing concepts and procedures
  • 4+ years of collection and customer service experience
  • Associates Degree or higher
