Job Description
OpenEye, a cloud video platform company and subsidiary of Alarm.com, is seeking an Associate Regional Account Executive. This role is part of a high-velocity direct demand generation and business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering on monthly pipeline creation and quarterly revenue targets. This position is in office and reports to the Director of Inside Sales.Role involves:
  • Sourcing and closing new business to meet sales goals.
  • Building an understanding of OpenEye’s products.
  • Managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, demos, proposals, and closing deals.
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline management.
  • Exceeding goals through outbound calls, emails, demos, and pilots.
  • Being a trusted advisor to customers.
  • Working with Customer Success for smooth implementations.
  • Providing customer needs and market intelligence to product management.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of technology sales experience with proven results.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team orientation.
  • Self-motivation and a desire to win.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Salesforce experience a plus.
