Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Consultant / Manager Data Management Enthusiast to drive change at the intersection of IT and business. The role involves close collaboration with clients to shape their Data Management organization, planning and leading client workshops, and contributing to complex transformation projects. The candidate will be part of a smart team of experts, benefiting from their experience to further develop themselves and shape their own path within the company.

Role Involves:

• Observing trends and preparing for future challenges.
• Having direct impact on clients and shaping their Data Management organization.
• Planning and leading client workshops.

Requirements:

• Several years of practical project experience in Data Management and/or regulatory data topics.
• Initial responsibility as (sub-) project manager for complex transformation projects.
• An outstanding degree in economics, technology or information technology.
• The ability to quickly grasp complex relationships and derive concrete recommendations for action.
• Enjoyment of working in international teams.
• Fun in the combination of technological understanding, strategic analysis and implementation work.
• High reliability, team spirit and fit for a leading global management consultancy.
• Excellent presentation and moderation skills as well as very good MS Office skills.
• Excellent German and English skills.
