Job Description
Webflow is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead their Hosting Infrastructure team. This role is crucial for improving the health, performance, and processes surrounding Webflow's production services and infrastructure. The Engineering Manager will lead a distributed team of Infrastructure engineers, focusing on the infrastructure that keeps customer sites online and scaling. They will report to the Senior Director, Engineering.
Role involves:
- Leading and managing a distributed team of Infrastructure engineers.
- Implementing new processes and technologies to scale systems.
- Facilitating the development of team members.
- Driving goal-setting and accountability.
- Shaping organizational processes and collaborating with other Engineering Managers.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience leading high-performing engineering teams.
- 2+ years experience managing and scaling infrastructure or product engineering teams in a growth environment.
- 3+ years of experience as an Infrastructure, Site Reliability, or Software Engineer with distributed systems experience.
- Experience with AWS, Pulumi, Cloudflare, Linux, Node, MongoDB, and Nginx.
- Experience managing agile teams.
