Consultant Wealth and Asset Management

Job Description

Capco is seeking a Consultant to join their Wealth and Asset Management team in Geneva. Capco is a global technology and management consultancy dedicated to the financial services industry.

The Consultant will advise clients in the definition and development of business solutions, operating models and implementation in the wealth and asset management industry. He will engage in all parts of projects, from planning, budgeting, deliverables definition, risk assessment and reporting. He will capture client needs, derive transparency on business status and opportunities, help clients in defining the target state. He will develop ideas and concepts to reach business objectives through refined business models, improved operating models and implementation. He will translate objectives into implementation plans. He will work together with the technology teams to translate conceptual business ideas into technical solutions. He will manage dependencies to other projects and work with all relevant stakeholders.

Role involves:

• Advising clients in the definition and development of business solutions
• Engaging in all parts of projects, from planning to reporting
• Capturing client needs and defining the target state
• Developing ideas and concepts to reach business objectives
• Translating objectives into implementation plans
• Working with technology teams to translate business ideas into technical solutions
• Managing dependencies and working with stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or similar
• At least 3 years of banking or consulting experience with a focus on wealth and asset management
• Solid understanding of the value chain in wealth and/or asset management
• "Can-do" attitude and strong passion for business improvement and change
• Strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Fluency in English and French
• Eligible to work in Switzerland
