Capgemini Invent is seeking a (Senior) Director/Vice President Enterprise Data & Analytics to advise clients on digital transformation projects. The role involves strategic development of data strategies and operating models.

The role involves:

  • Advising management on digital transformation projects.
  • Strategically shaping clients' data strategies and operating models.
  • Developing Invent's consulting portfolio through transformation strategies and roadmaps.
  • Creating offers and service offerings for clients in Data & Analytics and AI Strategy.
  • Acquiring and developing top talent to expand the team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in strategy/management consulting in Data & Analytics and AI Strategy.
  • Expertise in end-to-end processes related to data strategies across industries.
  • Established network of partnerships at CxO level.
  • Dynamic leadership with a growth focus.
  • Excellent degree in economics, technology, or IT, ideally with an MBA or doctorate.
  • Excellent German and English skills.
