Job Description

Capgemini Invent is seeking a (Senior) Director/Vice President Enterprise Data & Analytics (m/w/d) to advise clients on digital transformation projects. The role involves shaping data strategies, developing the consulting portfolio, and creating service offerings. The candidate will also be responsible for talent acquisition and development.

Role Involves:

• Advising clients on digital transformation projects in Enterprise Data & Analytics.
• Strategically shaping clients' future operating models regarding data strategies.
• Developing the Invent consulting portfolio through transformation strategies and roadmaps.
• Creating offers and service offerings for clients in Data & Analytics and AI Strategy.
• Acquiring, developing, and retaining top talent to expand the team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in strategy/management consulting in Data & Analytics and AI Strategy.
• Technical knowledge of end-to-end processes related to data strategies across industries.
• Go-to-market DNA with an established network of partnerships at the CxO level.
• Dynamic leadership with a growth focus and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent university degree in economics, technology, or IT, ideally with an MBA or Ph.D.
• Excellent German and English skills.
