AlphaSense is seeking an Analyst Development Representative to join their Expert Call Services team in Singapore. This is a hybrid role, requiring in-office presence 2-3 times per week. The Analyst Development Representative will be instrumental in driving the growth of AlphaSense's content platform by connecting with industry experts and facilitating connections between investors and decision-makers. AlphaSense acquired Tegus in 2024 and has over 2,000 employees across the globe.
What this role involves:
- Sourcing and prospecting industry experts for time-sensitive projects.
- Investigating, identifying, and sourcing industry information and experts.
- Contacting C-level executives via LinkedIn, email, and phone calls.
- Connecting investors with decision-makers.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceeding quotas and staying ahead of monthly metrics.
Requirements:
- A track record of success in sales, recruiting, account management, or similar roles.
- Experience with strategic sourcing and cold outreach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
- Persistence, drive, and a goal-focused mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
