AlphaSense is seeking a Sr. Director, Strategic Client Sales to manage a global sales team focused on its largest global client relationships in the Financial Services market.   • Managing a global team focused on growing a book of Global Strategic clients.
  • Steering team members across NAMER, EMEA, and APAC towards a common goal.
  • Developing strong internal relationships and garnering buy-in from partners.
  • Coordinating with the team to forecast accurately and develop necessary pipeline.
  • Partnering with marketing to expand brand awareness.
  • Working with the Product Specialist team to ensure client engagement during trials.
  • Gathering market and client product needs to enhance products.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of relevant sales experience with B2B SaaS solutions in the Financial Services market.
  • Extensive prior management experience, preferably for a Global Strategic Client team.
  • Proven leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams and clients.
  • Track record of managing teams that exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent C-level and senior business relationship-building skills.
  • Strong consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to manage a global team across NAMER, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Energetic, creative, and curious individual with a positive personality.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Ability to travel to clients regularly.
