Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Consultant / Manager (Gen) AI & Data Scientist to join their AI Garage. The role involves working with diverse perspectives to drive change and collaborating with clients to develop forward-looking solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic, creative, and scientific skills to address the challenges of today and tomorrow.

The role is based in Germany.

Role Involves:

• Developing innovative Machine Learning & Advanced Analytics applications with business impact.
• Driving digital transformation of business processes & models using Data Science & Analytics.
• Ideating, co-creating, and rapid-prototyping in an agile AI-Garage.
• Creating and presenting offers and service offerings.
• Contributing to the content development of the portfolio.

Requirements:

• Several years of practical project experience in complex & agile Data Science projects.
• Experience as (sub-) project manager in AI Strategy, AI for Customer Experience, AI Software Development, and/or Data Science solutions implementation.
• Proven experience in developing technology strategies for AI, Analytics, and Data Management.
• An outstanding degree with a quantitative focus (e.g., statistics, computer science, or applied mathematics).
• Solid expertise in programming algorithms and statistical models with Python and/or R.
• Enjoyment of data-driven work at the interface of strategic & technical analysis and implementation.
• High reliability, team spirit, and fit for a leading management consultancy.
• Excellent presentation and moderation skills, as well as very good MS Office skills.
• Excellent German and English skills.
