Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Consultant / Manager (Gen) AI & Data Scientist to join their AI Garage. The role involves working with clients to develop innovative solutions, driving change through strategy, creativity, and scientific capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital transformation and a strong understanding of AI and data science.

Role Involves:
- Developing innovative Machine Learning & Advanced Analytics applications.
- Driving digital transformation of business processes & models.
- Ideating, co-creating, and rapid-prototyping in an agile AI-Garage.
- Creating and presenting offers and service offerings.
- Developing our portfolio.
Requirements:
- Multiple years of practical project experience in complex & agile Data Science projects.
- Experience in AI Strategy, AI for Customer Experience, AI Software Development, and/or Data Science solutions implementation.
- Experience in developing technology strategies for AI, Analytics, and Data Management.
- Excellent degree with a quantitative focus (statistics, computer science, mathematics).
- Expertise in programming algorithms and statistical models with Python and/or R.
- Excellent German and English skills.
