Job Description
Optimove, a global marketing tech company, is seeking a talented Product Manager to join their Product Management team in London. The Product Manager will work with native marketing execution channels and should have a strong data and analytics orientation. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and team collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to discover product ideas and collect feedback.
- Collaborate with various teams to translate customer needs into product requirements.
- Create User Stories for new features and improvements.
- Collaborate with UX designers to combine requirements with great designs.
- Work daily with the R&D team to provide context, clarity, and motivation.
- Drive the adoption of new products and features.
- Collect, analyze, and present usage analytics.
- Contribute to product design activities and road mapping.
- Stay current with industry knowledge.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager for B2B SaaS web/mobile applications.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and understand customer challenges.
- Ability to articulate product requirements and understand trade-offs.
- Experience working in Agile Scrum.
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong technical knowledge.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent people skills.
- Comfortable with multi-tasking and changes in priorities.
- Independent, proactive, and takes ownership.
- Smart, curious, self-learner, and enthusiastic about product management and UX design.
- Willing to occasionally travel abroad.
