Capgemini Invent is seeking an (Associate) Consultant for Intelligent Process & Performance to join their global consulting unit for digital innovation, design, and transformation. The consultant will work with CxOs to shape the future of their businesses, collaborating with over 12,500 employees in more than 30 creative studios and 60 locations worldwide.

The role involves:

• Applying data-driven technologies and methods for holistic optimization of business processes.
• Analyzing and evaluating key figures to derive important insights into process inefficiencies.
• Presenting analysis results and KPIs to the client's top management.
• Supporting the establishment of competence centers and operating models.

Capgemini Invent requires:

• Initial knowledge and practical experience in areas such as Business Process Management, Business Intelligence, Intelligent Automation, Low-Code/No-Code Platforms, Workflow Tools, Artificial Intelligence, Process Mining, and GenAI.
• An excellent degree (Bachelor/Master) in a business, technical, or IT field.
• Enjoyment in combining technological understanding, strategic analysis, and implementation work.
• Strong presentation and moderation skills as well as excellent MS Office skills.
• Willingness to travel to (international) company and client locations.
• Excellent German and English skills.
