Job Description

Cresta is seeking a Deal Desk, Sr. Analyst to join their team in Bengaluru. In this role, the individual will serve as a strategic advisor to the sales team, helping to structure deals that meet customer needs while aligning with Cresta's objectives. The Deal Desk, Sr. Analyst will collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including Sales, Technical Field Ops, Delivery Ops, Accounting, Legal, Pricing Strategy, and Product Management, to drive deal acceleration and closure.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales VPs and Directors to advise on strategic deals.
  • Understand customers to structure aligned agreements.
  • Act as a liaison between GTM teams and internal functions.
  • Identify areas of optimization and growth.
  • Drive initiatives to improve process efficiency.
  • Be a key stakeholder in Cresta’s pricing & packaging strategy.
  • Assist in the ongoing development of our CPQ and CLM systems.

Requirements:

  • A strong desire to learn and problem-solve
  • Execute like a pro and act as a strategic advisor
  • 4+ years of experience in Deal Desk, contracting, Legal Ops, or Sales Operations
  • Experience with Dealhub or related CPQ tool
  • Experience with CLM & contract routing solutions
  • Administration of Salesforce CRM preferred
  • High degree of emotional intelligence
  • Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods
  • Experience in SaaS
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS customer lifecycle (seven-figure contracts)
