Stone is seeking a Customer Relationship Analyst to join their team in Curitiba, PR. This role is crucial in helping entrepreneurs by resolving their demands and ensuring excellent service. The analyst will be responsible for post-sales support across various communication channels, including email, chat, WhatsApp, and phone, utilizing CRM systems.
Responsibilities: - Providing post-sales support via email, chat, WhatsApp, and phone.
- Using CRM to manage customer interactions.
- Meeting quality and efficiency goals to improve customer service.
- Delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements: - Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Completed or in progress higher education.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Relationship.
- Customer-focused and didactic approach.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
The role offers: - Hybrid work model in Água Verde, Curitiba/PR.
- CLT contract with 8-hour daily shifts and 1-hour break.
- 5x2 work schedule, including weekends.
- Night shift with start times between 2 PM and 10 PM.
