Exact Sales is seeking a motivated and results-oriented individual to join their team as a Pré-vendedor(a) BDR in Florianópolis, SC. The company is a leading Sales Engagement Software provider in Latin America, recently acquired by RD Station. This role involves identifying and prospecting new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
Role Involves:
- Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities.
- Interacting with leads via phone to assess their fit with the solution.
- Understanding and addressing potential client objections.
- Qualifying leads using the company's software.
- Passing qualified leads to the sales team by scheduling meetings.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Comfortable with phone communication.
- Commercial instinct and focus on results.
- Determination and persistence.
- Ability to work with goals and a high volume of activities.
- Willingness and openness to learn.
- Experience with B2B prospecting.
- Completed high school education.
