Exact Sales, a leading Sales Engagement Software company in Latin America, is seeking a motivated and skilled Pré-vendedor(a) BDR to join their team. This role is exclusively for people with disabilities, reflecting Exact Sales' commitment to diversity and inclusion.

The Pré-vendedor(a) BDR will play a crucial role in identifying and prospecting new business opportunities. He will qualify leads to ensure they align with the ideal customer profile, and then pass qualified leads to the sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively identify and prospect new business opportunities.
  • Interact with leads via phone to assess their fit with the solution.
  • Understand and address potential client objections.
  • Qualify leads using the company's software.
  • Schedule meetings with the sales team for qualified leads.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Comfortable with phone communication.
  • Commercial instinct and results-oriented mindset.
  • Determination and perseverance.
  • Ability to work with targets and a high volume of activities.
  • Willingness and openness to learn.
  • Completed high school education.

Exact Sales Offers:

  • Full-time position (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday).
