• Focusing on Business Process Management, Intelligent Automation, Process Analytics, Task Mining, and GenAI for business process optimization.
• Developing data-driven solutions and aligning processes with company strategy.
• CxO engagement and building competence centers and operating models.

Requirements:

• Several years of practical experience in project management for transformation projects.
• In-depth knowledge in areas like Business Process Management, Business Intelligence, Intelligent Automation, Low-Code/No-Code Platforms, Workflow Tools, Artificial Intelligence, Process Mining, and GenAI.
• An outstanding degree (Bachelor/Master) in economics, technology, or information technology.
• Enjoying the combination of technological understanding, strategic analysis, and implementation.
• High reliability and team spirit.
• Excellent presentation and moderation skills, as well as very good MS Office skills.
• Willingness to travel to (international) company and customer locations.
• Excellent German and English skills.
