Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Consultant / Manager Intelligent Process & Performance to drive change with diverse perspectives. The role involves collaborating with clients to develop forward-looking solutions, informed by science and data and enhanced by creativity and design.

The Senior Consultant/Manager will focus on areas such as Business Process Management, Intelligent Automation, Process Analytics, Task Mining, and GenAI to optimize business processes. They will develop data-driven solutions and align processes with corporate strategy, working on CxO plays and building competence centers and operating models.

Requirements:

• Several years of practical experience in (sub-)project management for complex transformation projects
• In-depth knowledge in one or more of our focus areas
• An outstanding degree (Bachelor/Master) with an economic, technical or information technology focus
• Enjoyment of the combination of technological understanding, strategic analysis and implementation work
• High reliability, team spirit and fit for a world-leading management consultancy
• Excellent presentation and moderation skills as well as very good MS Office skills
• Willingness to travel to (international) company and customer locations
• Excellent German and English skills
