Capgemini Invent is seeking an (Associate) Consultant (m/f/d) to drive change with diverse perspectives. The consultant will collaborate with clients to develop forward-looking solutions, blending strategy, creativity, and science, informed by data and technology.

The role involves:

• Conceiving, designing, and implementing innovative concepts and strategies.
• Contributing to change formats such as training and workshops.
• Actively developing services and driving innovation.

The ideal candidate should have initial practical experience in digital transformation within relevant industries. They should also have experience in change management, organizational development, or change communication. A degree in economics, technology, or IT is essential. Certifications such as Scrum Master or Design Thinking are beneficial. For the Employee Experience & Digital HR focus, knowledge of HR strategy, processes, or HR-IT systems is needed, along with an affinity for digital technologies The candidate needs to have reliability, proactivity, team spirit, excellent presentation skills, MS Office knowledge, and fluency in German and English are required, as well as willingness to travel.
