Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Consultant/Manager for HR Transformation & Digitalization. The role involves collaborating with clients to develop innovative solutions, informed by science and data, and enhanced by creativity and design.

Role involves:

  • Developing HR and HR IT strategies for digitalization.
  • Designing HR operating models and product portfolios.
  • Managing complex HR transformation projects.
  • Leading national and international programs.
  • Implementing organizational, process-related, IT-related, and personnel changes.
  • Planning and managing training measures and change management.

Requirements:

  • Project experience in digital transformation within industries like Automotive, Manufacturing, Banking, or Public Sector.
  • Experience as a project lead for HR IT transformation projects.
  • Understanding of digital technologies in HR and IT.
  • Knowledge in HR Service Delivery, Cloud Advisory, Digital Strategy, or HR-Automation/AI.
  • Excellent degree in economics or information technology.
  • Strong presentation and moderation skills, and MS-Office skills.
  • Excellent German and English skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
