Job Description
Lush is seeking a Part-Time Floor Leader for its store located in Germantown, Tennessee. The Floor Leader will support the Store Management Team in various aspects of the business, including driving sales, opening/closing the store, analyzing sales results, and leading training sessions. The Floor Leader will work on the shop floor, leading and inspiring a team of sales associates to achieve their goals.
Role involves:
- Driving sales and providing coaching to the sales team
- Delivering a world-class customer experience
- Educating customers on Lush brand values
- Training and coaching Sales Ambassadors
- Managing cash handling and store opening/closing procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organized store
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
- Experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures
- Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
- Problem-solving skills related to customer service
- Experience working in a fast-paced team environment
- Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
