Lush Cosmetics is seeking a Store Manager for their Tyson's Corner Center location in McLean, Virginia. The Store Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating a team to achieve sales targets while embodying Lush's core values. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the retail business, from managing budgets to creating a strong customer experience.
Role Involves:
- Recruiting and training staff
- Managing budgets and exceeding sales targets

- Maintaining shop compliance and safety standards
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of retail management experience
- Strong HR skills in hiring, training, and performance management
