Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Consultant/Manager for Business Agility & Organizational Strategy. The role involves shaping the future through innovative projects and global teams.

This role is responsible for the conception and implementation of innovative agile transformation projects. The consultant will introduce agile methodologies within organizations, create transformation roadmaps, and apply scaled agile frameworks. They will also focus on the further development of teams and leaders.

Role Involves:

• Conception and implementation of agile transformation projects.
• Introducing agile methodologies (Scrum & Lean Management).
• Selecting and applying scaled agile frameworks.
• Developing teams and leaders as an agile coach.
• Designing organizational models and supporting transformation.
• Implementing cultural transformations.

Requirements:

• Several years of practical project experience in "Business Agility" and "Org Transformation".
• Coaching experience in introducing scaled agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, etc.).
• Experience in organizational development and introducing (Agile) Target Operating Models.
• Experience in complex transformation projects.
• Experience in introducing Lean/Agile portfolio management.
• Outstanding degree in economics, technology, or IT.
• Excellent German and English skills.
• Willingness to travel.
