Senior Consultant / Manager Business Agility & Organizational Strategy (m/w/d)

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Consultant/Manager for Business Agility & Organizational Strategy. The role involves shaping the future through innovative projects and global teams. The consultant will work closely with clients to develop forward-looking solutions, informed by science and data, and enhanced by creativity and design.

Role Involves:

• Conception and implementation of innovative agile transformation projects.
• Introduction of the agile mindset, Scrum & Lean Management.
• Selection and application of scaled agile frameworks.
• Development of teams and leaders as an agile coach.
• Design of organizational models and support of the transformation.
• Conception and implementation of cultural transformations.

Requirements:

• Several years of practical project experience in Business Agility and Org Transformation.
• Coaching experience in the introduction of scaled agile frameworks.
• Experience in organizational development and the introduction of Agile Target Operating Models.
• Experience in project management of complex transformation projects.
• Experience in introducing Lean or agile Portfolio Management.
• Experience in introducing methods for measuring value.
• Excellent degree in economics, technology or information technology.
• Reliability, team spirit and fit for a leading management consultancy.
• Excellent presentation and moderation skills.
• Excellent German and English skills.
• Willingness to travel.
