Global Workday Analyst - Time and Tracking / Attendance

Job Description

Groupon is seeking a Global Workday Analyst to optimize its HR systems. The role is within the HRIS department and involves supporting global teams through efficient systems and processes. The analyst will serve as a subject matter expert for Workday functionality, configuration, and daily support.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Workday modules (HCM, Time and tracking).
• Partner with business leaders to propose Workday solutions.
• Manage Workday reporting, security, EIB, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Lead Workday feature releases and drive continuous improvement.
• Document business requirements and support cyclical HR processes.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Workday configuration experience across HCM modules (Time and Tracking/Attendance is a must).
• Experience managing Workday security roles and business processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience handling sensitive data with confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills.
