Groupon is seeking a Global Workday Analyst to optimize its HR systems. The role is based in Prague and involves serving as a subject matter expert for Workday functionality, configuration, and daily support. The analyst will partner with business leaders to identify pain points and propose scalable Workday solutions. Groupon is committed to helping local businesses succeed and offers a culture that inspires innovation and rewards risk-taking.

The Global Workday Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Owning Workday reporting, security, EIB (mass data uploads), testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Leading efforts in Workday feature releases — regression testing, UAT, analysis, and deployment.
  • Collaborating across teams to drive continuous improvement and Workday roadmap adoption.
  • Documenting business requirements and translate them into functional specs and solutions.
  • Supporting cyclical HR processes (Annual Pay Review, Open Enrollment, Performance Reviews).
  • Delivering great service — answering queries, solving problems, and keeping things moving smoothly.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 2+ years of work experience configuring Workday across 2+ HCM modules (Time and Tracking/Attendance is a Must).
  • Experience managing Workday security roles, permissions, and business processes.
  • Proven Workday functional expertise.
  • Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience handling sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A team player who adapts quickly and brings resilience to a scaling operations environment.

Groupon offers:

  • A fun, diverse, and international team.
  • A flexible, hybrid work model (2 days in our office).
  • Ongoing learning, mentorship, and collaboration.
