AR Coating Technician - Full Time - (Weekday, Mon - Thur)

Job Description

Zenni Optical, committed to affordable eyewear since 2003, seeks an AR Coating Technician for their Obetz, Ohio facility. This role involves light machine operation and maintenance, troubleshooting, ensuring order flow, and meeting production goals. The technician will also maintain housekeeping standards, adhere to company policies, and report to management.

• Light machine operation
• Light maintenance and maintaining of equipment
• Troubleshooting root causes of issues
• Ensure proper order flow throughout department
• Maintain good housekeeping, 6S
• Ensure daily / weekly / monthly goals are met
• Adherence to all company policies, processes, and procedures (i.e. Health & Safety Awareness)
• Report to management on activities and issues
• Inter-department running
• Ability to stand or move for entirety of shift
• Ability to lift 25 pounds above shoulders

Candidates should possess fine attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and good literacy and numeracy skills. Proactivity and problem-solving abilities are essential, as is the ability to follow instructions and production schedules. Previous machine operation and warehousing experience are advantageous.
