Job Description
Zenni Optical, committed to affordable eyewear since 2003, seeks a motivated Assembly Technician for its Obetz, Ohio facility. This role offers career growth in the optical field within a new, climate-controlled environment with complimentary meals and snacks. The Assembly Technician will contribute to the company's mission of providing affordable glasses to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Picking and unpacking lenses and frames
- Prepping and loading lenses into machines
- Mounting lenses into frames
- Placing goods into correct locations
- Maintaining housekeeping and 6S standards
- Meeting daily/monthly KPIs
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
- Reporting to management
- Inter-department tasks
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Proactive with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to follow instructions and production schedules
