Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Director or Vice President to advise clients in the Financial Services sector on digital transformation projects. The role involves shaping the future operating models of clients in various areas such as Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, and Asset & Wealth Management. The candidate will develop transformation strategies, roadmaps, and business cases, focusing on areas like Cost Efficiency, Sustainability, Risk & Compliance, and Customer Experience. The role includes creating offers for clients and expanding the company's footprint across key accounts.

In this role, the candidate will:

• Advise management on digital transformation projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years in strategy/management consulting or financial services.
• Experience with Budget responsibility.

• Strong leadership and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Expertise in Financial Services processes.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong communication skills in German and English.
• Willingness to travel.
