The role involves shaping the future operating models of clients in various areas such as Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, and Asset & Wealth Management. The candidate will develop transformation strategies, roadmaps, and business cases, focusing on areas like Cost Efficiency, Sustainability, Risk & Compliance, and Customer Experience. The role includes creating offers for clients and expanding the company's footprint across key accounts.

In this role, the candidate will:

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years in strategy/management consulting or financial services.

  • Expertise in Financial Services processes.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English.
