Production Technician - Full Time - (Weekday, Mon - Thur)

Zenni Optical is seeking a highly motivated Production Technician to join their team in Obetz, Ohio. This role offers an exciting opportunity to learn and develop in the optical field within a brand new, climate-controlled facility. The Production Technician will contribute to making prescription eyewear affordable and accessible to everyone.Zenni Optical is a global brand committed to innovation and improving vision. • Picking and unpacking lenses and frames for customer orders
• Prepping and loading lenses into machines
• Beginner level mounting lenses into frames
• Placing of receipted goods into correct locations
• Maintain good housekeeping, 6S
• Ensure daily / monthly KPI’s are met
• Adherence to all company policies, processes, and procedures (i.e. Health & Safety Awareness)
• Report to management on activities and issues
• Inter-department running

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• Proactive with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to follow instructions and production schedules
• Previous warehousing experience is a bonus!
