Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Manager/Director Customer Insights to join their team. This role focuses on Customer Transformation and Energy & Utilities, shaping the future of businesses through digital innovation and transformation.
The role is based across multiple locations in Germany and is within a global consulting unit of the Capgemini Group. The person will contribute to innovative projects in international teams and a growing business in digital future topics.
Role Involves:
- Conceiving and leading strategy and transformation projects.
- Building and maintaining client relationships.
- Identifying client requirements and developing solutions in Customer Transformation and Energy & Utilities.
- Managing client campaigns and customer service activities.
- Developing and evaluating benchmarks for sales and customer service processes.
- Optimizing B2B/B2C sales.
- Building/optimizing an E-2-E Lead2Cash journey (Customer Journey).
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in management consulting within Customer Transformation and Energy & Utilities.
- Passion for topics related to energy sales (customer centricity/ experience, product development, meter-to-cash operations).
- Experience in the energy industry, especially in relevant sales processes and organizations.
- Relevant experience in project management, leadership & acquisition, as well as creating and selling service offerings.
- Desirable: initial experience with AI in customer service and sales.
- An outstanding degree in (energy-)economic, technical or information technology orientation.
- Enjoy the combination of technological understanding, strategic analysis and implementation work.
- High reliability, team spirit and fit for a world leading management consultancy.
- Excellent presentation and moderation skills as well as very good MS Office skills.
- Excellent German and English skills.
