The role involves leading innovative strategy and transformation projects, focusing on Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Sales & Marketing, and Microsoft Dynamics. The candidate will define and implement CRM strategies, design digital customer journeys, and manage international rollouts of new customer management solutions.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading strategy and transformation projects in CRM, Sales & Marketing.
- Defining and implementing CRM strategies.
- Designing and introducing concepts in Digital Sales, Digital Marketing & Customer Experience.
- Managing international rollouts of CRM solutions.
The ideal candidate has:
- Project experience in CRM (Sales, Marketing & Service) and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience in project management for CRM strategy & solution implementation.
- Understanding of methodological knowledge.
- A degree in economics, technology, or information technology.
- Excellent German and English skills.
