Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Consultant/Manager to join its team of over 10,000 employees across 40 creative studios and 60 locations worldwide. Capgemini Invent helps CxOs shape the future of their businesses by combining strategy consulting, data science, product and experience design, brand management, and technology know-how to develop digital solutions and business models.

The role involves leading innovative strategy and transformation projects, focusing on Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Sales & Marketing, and Microsoft Dynamics. The candidate will define and implement CRM strategies, design digital customer journeys, and manage international rollouts of new customer management solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading strategy and transformation projects in CRM, Sales & Marketing.
  • Defining and implementing CRM strategies.
  • Designing and introducing concepts in Digital Sales, Digital Marketing & Customer Experience.
  • Managing international rollouts of CRM solutions.

The ideal candidate has:

  • Project experience in CRM (Sales, Marketing & Service) and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Experience in project management for CRM strategy & solution implementation.
  • Understanding of methodological knowledge.
  • A degree in economics, technology, or information technology.
  • Excellent German and English skills.
