Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Consultant/Manager to join their team and drive innovative strategy and transformation projects. The role involves shaping digital futures in Customer Service and Customer Experience for notable companies.
The Senior Consultant/Manager will work in highly motivated teams, creating forward-looking target concepts and customer journeys. They will conduct workshops and Design Thinking sessions, implement project content, and identify digital Customer Experience solutions. The role also focuses on analyzing technologies for automation and evolving service units into engagement centers.

Role Involves:
- Steering innovative strategy and transformation projects.
- Designing digital futures in Customer Service and Customer Experience.
- Conducting workshops and Design Thinking sessions.
- Identifying digital Customer Experience solutions.
- Analyzing technologies for automation potentials.
- Optimizing processes with a focus on sales aspects in service.
- Generating global offers for new and existing customers.

Requirements:
- Several years of practical project experience in Customer Service and Customer Experience.
- Initial responsibility as (partial) project manager.
- Strong understanding of Customer Service and Customer Experience technologies.
- Excellent degree in economics, technology, or information technology.
- Enjoyment in combining technological understanding, strategic analysis, and implementation.
- High reliability, team spirit, and fit for a leading management consultancy.
- Excellent presentation and moderation skills, as well as very good MS Office skills.
- Excellent German and English skills.
