Veeam, a global leader in data resilience, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Bucharest, Romania. This role involves collaborating with the channel sales team and partners to sell Veeam's products and services within an assigned territory via telephone and electronic sales techniques. The Inside Sales Representative will prospect, build relationships, and close sales, contributing to the company's continued growth.
Responsibilities: - Generates sales within assigned territory
- Drives key business and technical benefits mapped to end-user requirements.
- Coordinates sales activities with partners and resellers.
- Maximizes coverage within the defined region.
- Provides forecasting and account opportunity as needed.
- Teams up with channel sales and system engineers.
- Updates and maintains the Veeam CRM system (salesforce.com)
Requirements: - Italian language B2 level and above
- English language (fluent level)
- 2 years business-to-business (B2B) sales experience of high-tech products/services is preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Experience driving the sales process across internal and external teams
- Ability to establish positive and lasting relationships
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Virtualization industry knowledge is a plus
- Salesforce.com proficiency is a plus
- Proficiency in MSOffice based automation tools
- Strong interest and passion for technology innovation
