Capgemini Invent is seeking an (Associate) Consultant Customer Data Science & AI Strategy (m/w/d) to join their Customer Data & Tech team. This role involves exciting projects and challenging opportunities to elevate clients' data-driven marketing and sales organizations using data science and AI.
The consultant will advise national and international clients across various industries in developing sustainable, innovative, and data-driven solutions for marketing, sales, and service using machine learning and advanced analytics prototypes. They will collaborate with the team to design and implement customer data strategies by building complex data ecosystems for clients.
The role also includes supporting the development and positioning of data and AI as strategic competitive factors in customer interaction. As part of an expert group, the consultant will develop solutions to complex problems, analyze trends in data and AI, and translate them into applications within the context of customer data.
Role involves:- Advising clients on data-driven solutions for marketing, sales, and service.
- Designing and implementing customer data strategies.
- Developing and positioning data and AI as strategic competitive factors.
- Analyzing trends and developments in data and AI.
- First practical project experience in data and analytics solutions.
- Outstanding degree in a technical, IT, mathematical, or business informatics field.
- Knowledge of customer data modeling, ETL, visualization solutions, advanced analytics, data science, machine learning models, AI, or GenAI.
- First knowledge in improving Customer Experience, Loyalty, Churn / Retention, Customer Satisfaction.
- Excellent German and English skills, flexibility, and willingness to travel.
