The consultant will play a crucial role in advising national and international clients on customer data strategies, designing complex data ecosystems, and driving data-driven transformation across various industries.

The role involves:

• Consulting management on customer data strategies.
• Developing Data and AI as strategic competitive factors.
• Enabling valuable customer insights for data-based decisions.
• Developing innovative solutions for marketing, sales, and service.
• Supporting offer processes and portfolio design.

Capgemini Invent requires:

• Several years of professional experience in consulting or international companies.
• Initial leadership experience in data and analytics solutions.
• Expertise in data utilization for improving Customer Experience, Loyalty, Churn, and CLV.
• Good understanding of business contexts and control models.
• Excellent degree in (Business) Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent German and English skills, flexibility, and willingness to travel.
