Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Consultant Customer Data & Tech to join their team. The ideal candidate will be involved in projects, tackle challenges, and drive the transformation of organizations and business models towards data-driven enterprises.
The Senior Consultant will advise national and international clients on the conception and realization of customer data strategies by building complex data ecosystems. They will develop and position Data and AI as strategic competitive factors in customer interaction. The role involves supporting various challenges in enabling valuable Customer Insights as a basis for data-based decisions, up to the data-driven control and optimization of personalized customer experiences.
As part of an expert group, the consultant will develop solutions to complex tasks, create sustainable, innovative, and data-driven solutions for Marketing, Sales, and Service, such as Analytics products or ML/(GenAI) Prototypes. They will also support in offer processes and in shaping the portfolio to win new clients.
Role involves:- Advising clients on customer data strategies
- Developing Data and AI solutions
- Enabling Customer Insights for data-based decisions
- Creating data-driven solutions for Marketing, Sales, and Service
- Several years of professional experience in consulting or international companies
- First leadership experience in a sub-project/stream related to the conception or implementation of innovative data and analytics solutions
- Expert knowledge in data usage to improve Customer Experience, Loyalty, Churn / Retention, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)
- Good understanding of business contexts and control models
- Excellent degree in (Business) Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a comparable field
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, reliability, and high level of commitment
- Excellent German and English skills, flexibility, and willingness to travel
