Sr. Director of People Business Partnering- Product & Engineering

Job Description

Talkdesk is seeking a strategic Sr. Director of People Business Partnering to support its global Product & Engineering organization. This role will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving organizational design, leadership development, and team effectiveness. The Sr. Director will lead a small team of global People Business Partners and collaborate with cross-functional People COEs to shape and scale the people strategy globally.Responsibilities include:

• Advising senior leaders on people-related matters.
• Leading a team of global People Business Partners.
• Partnering with leaders across the US, India, and Portugal.
• Driving key talent initiatives.
• Analyzing people data and trends.
• Collaborating with People COEs.
• Scaling and evolving the PBP function.

Requirements include:

• 10+ years of progressive People experience.
• 5+ years as a People Business Partner supporting technical organizations.
• Experience working in high-growth tech environments.
• Strong business acumen.
• Proven track record of building and influencing senior leadership relationships.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving change.
• Experience managing and developing high-performing People teams.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in an AI or SaaS company.
