Principal Product Manager - AI

Job Description

Talkdesk is seeking a Principal Product Manager - AI to lead the development of its AI Platform. The Principal Product Manager will be responsible for defining product strategy, conducting market research, and developing product roadmaps. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and provide guidance to other product managers and technical staff.Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and management of complex products from ideation to launch.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps and feature backlogs.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback.
• Use data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of products and features.
• Manage the product lifecycle, from launch to end-of-life.
• Provide leadership and guidance to other product managers and technical staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management.
• Strong leadership and product management skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience in developing product strategy and roadmaps.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Proven experience managing a portfolio of AI driven products.
• Strong understanding of industry regulations and standards with exposure to and knowledge of AI technologies.
