Senior Consultant Legal Engineering Customer Data (m/w/d) at Capgemini Invent

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Consultant Legal Engineering Customer Data (m/f/d) to join their Customer Data & Tech team. The consultant will be working on exciting projects, tackling challenging issues, and designing and managing transformation projects from a legal perspective. This role will contribute to the success for Capgemini's clients.

The Senior Consultant will advise the management of national and international clients across industries on innovative, data-driven solutions as a legal advisor for marketing, sales, and service projects. Together with the team, they will enable personalized customer experiences from the development of data strategies to their implementation and optimization. They will also support various challenges from the collection to the use of customer data as part of complex data ecosystems. As part of an expert group, the consultant will develop exciting solutions to complex tasks and advise & empower our clients regarding the latest legal and regulatory developments. In addition, the person will support in offer processes and in the design of our portfolio to win new clients.

Requirements:

• Several years of professional or project experience in relevant legal areas such as IT, data protection (/Consent), digital services, or copyright law
• In-depth knowledge of law in the field of new technologies (e.g. Artificial Intelligence Act, GDPR, EU Data Act, Data Governance Act, Digital Services Act, Digital Markets Act) or of IT architectures and Machine Learning models
• Good understanding of business contexts and control models
• Excellent university degree with a legal focus ((Voll-) Jurist / theme-specific LL.M. / relevant doctorate)
• Enjoyment of combining technological understanding, strategic analysis, and legal implementation work, motivation to constantly learn new things, and enjoyment of varied work
• Strong communication skills and convincing through team spirit, high reliability, as well as high commitment and confident appearance
• Excellent German and English skills and show flexibility as well as willingness to travel
