Job Description

Capgemini Invent is seeking a (Senior) Manager Customer Data & Tech (m/w/d) to join their team. The role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to solve complex customer challenges, such as transforming organizations and business models into data-driven enterprises, designing customer data strategies, and building complex data ecosystems.

The candidate will be responsible for project management for executive-level clients, leading teams, and positioning data and AI as strategic competitive factors in interactions with customers. They will also lead the development of innovative analytics products, data science, or ML/GenAI prototypes, enabling valuable customer insights for data-based decisions. The role involves managing digital transformation projects in marketing, sales, and service, leading offer processes, and continuously developing the portfolio to acquire new customers.
