This team focuses on building personalized in-app experiences to support key business pillars and drive sustainable growth across the Canadian market. Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product, digital marketing, growth, investment banking, consulting, or related areas.

  • Self-starter who excels in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and brings structure to work.
  • Problem solver who can identify core issues and propose solutions.
  • Comfortable using SQL to analyze data and build dashboards.
