Altera, a member of the N. Harris Computer Corporation family, is seeking a Services Business Analyst. In this role, the individual will be responsible for creating data elements that directly support the financial, operations, and business success of the Client Delivery Organization.This role involves:

• Learning the trade and workflow of the supported organization.
• Preparing common deliverables needed for business effectiveness.
• Connecting business data elements and articulating impact to variations found in metrics.
• Anticipating potential business issues.
• Influencing decisions for near and long-term resolution to challenges.
• Creating financial and operational models and reports.
• Recommending areas for improvement.
• Representing the organization in areas of subject matter expertise.
• Projecting business risk and opportunities.
• Leading key projects of business importance.
• Creating functional project scopes.
• Reviewing and editing requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendations.
• Documenting business requirements.

Requirements for this position include:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in PC skills, including spreadsheet and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• ServiceNow proficiency.
